Why Take Multiple Dietary Supplements?
Some people may think that eating a balanced diet provides
all of the vitamins they need. This is simply not so. High
potency daily multi-vitamins are the very nutrients the
body needs to build its cells and tissues. Do not treat
yourself without medical supervision. Natural supplements
may have adverse side effects or drug-drug interactions
if not taken correctly. Over-the-counter non-pharmaceutical

The New York Academy of Science, a traditionally conservative

the amount of antioxidants currently recommended. This

7-9 servings of fresh fruit and vegetables now recommended
